Not received ATM card

Sir i have a joint account (my self & wife) in SBI, Kashipur (U.S.Nagar) last approx 10 years. i issued ATM card for myself & my wife. last two month ago i applied new ATM card for both because my both ATM card are dameged. firstly i blocked both ATM from Banglore, then applied for new one in branch. last one month before one ATM for my wife name received, but my ATM is not received till date. But fees of Both ATM is deduct from my saving account. i contect in branch two or three times but they said if u are applying again then fee will be deduct again. second problem is my wife is govt. servent (POST OFFICE) and office timeings are 09:00 am to 18:00 pm.in between she have no time to go bank for PIN No.so i suffer a lot of problem to withdraw the amount. Pls do Needful.
