I am holding an ICICI credit card. Today morning I recieved an SMS saying that Rs.5000 was debited from my card for INDIAIDEAS.COM. I have never ever heard this company and I have never done any bill payment thru this. Can someone please help me how to escalate to the concerned authorities.
