Pathetic service and default for salaries

I had my own experience in India infoline ltd, i am raj ex employee in chennai. their customer service is very pathetic and they are not paying salaries to their employees, they need only brokerage and they will clients. So my request is don't open any trading and dmat a/c with india infoline. still i am not reciving my salary.
