Dear Sir,

This is Upendra Kumar Gautam, I have an account in Oriental Bank of Commerce, V.I.E.T, Dadri, G.B. Nagar, U.P., India. My account no. is 5256212 1007816. I live in noida, and working in Noida, So I do not have much time to go in a week to the bank, so whenever my salary or any other amount transaction to the my account, i used to call bank to know my account balance. In starting, there were not any problem, they attended my call, but in last week, whenever i call them, they clear denied to tell me my account balance.

They gave me an number 18001801235, to know my account number, but whenever i use this number, i got an reply that this is an wrong number.

When i ask to them (OBC - Executive ) (Regarding Salary Transaction), "Will you please tell me account balance? then they says me - no, and clearly refusing me to tell me account balance." I am too much disturb by this non-responsibility of this bank.

Please solve my (may be of others) this problem.
