Non receipt of deposit amount of postpaid connection

Dear Sir,

I have closed my postpaid no.9730035537 on 28/05.

After 4 and half months time is lapsed, till date I have not been paid the refund of the deposit of the said phone deposit. It is to be mentioned that I had cleared all the dues of the said phone before 28/05.

In spite of more than 20 reminders to customer care of Airtel and appelete of Airtel, I have not yet been paid the refund of the post paid deposit.

Since I want to lodge the complain with Mr. Sunil Mitttal, Chairman of Bharati Airtel Limited.

It is requested you to kindly send me his e-mail address or phone no. at the earliest.

I have been frustrated with the service of Airtel.
