Fraud Transcations in My ITZ Cash Accounts

Dear Sir,

I got agency from indiancafes.com (RMS) to book train tickets (IRCTC), but and mobile recharge. While I was doing my Business honestly they have done fraud transaction in my account without my permission. Its more than 4 months I am following up with them, but no use.. In fact fraud has gone from one case to 4 cases now. I have decided to close my business and also they have spoiled Indian Railways Name.

The money which I lost in Fraud Transaction is more than profit I made in Last 10 Months.

Can you Please help me to get some solution for this.
