Excess Billing of Broadband internet connection

Sir,

I have an BSNL Broadband internet connection, no is 0361 2472921. My Telephone is under India One plan and broadband connection is under Home Plan, where offers are 1GB free usage on rental of Rs. 250.00 free calls 175.Earlier my broadband connection bill comes always 250 rental only, but in those months bill are increse to 1200 to 1300 for broadband usege only.

I didnot understand any reason behind this bill. As per your paln i have to get free usage of 1 GB.

So my request to you plase save me from this problem, It will hamper my budget.

Please sir do the necessary steps.
