I am customer of indane gas my conumer No.37204 gruhalaxmi gas agency, shapurnagar, jeddimetla, Hyd. R.R.Dist. and their telephone no.04023096300. I have booked for refill on 1.9.2008 but till now they have not supplied a refill. at the time of booking they were told me to send refill in 10 days but 16 days over but not send a refill till now and also they were not giving a proper reply. Booking for refill also they will book for refill 21 days after sending the cylinder and 15 dasy to supply the refill totally the customer has to receive refill in 40 days. so i am requesting uyou to Book my complaint as well take some strict action on that agency.

This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding delay in receiving gas cylinders.
I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No.001465 and my distributor is:
PARAMATH GAS AGENCIES
DISTIC - BALLIA, STATE - UTTAR PRADESH
DISTIBUTOR CODE NO IS - -- 6010220
I want to state that we do not receive our gas within the committed period of ONE MONTH. There is always a delay and whenever we try to contact our distributor we never get a positive response from them. I god the slip 20 days before but never get upto.
Also, as there is a monopoly of the distributor in our area, he tries to neglect us and does not respond to us even on proper follow up from our side. he taken extra charge to delevery at home RS @ 50 per head when we urge he abuseing with consumer and keep lots of criminal person to hand the consumer those who going to discuss about the situation. he doing black also in other state in BIHAR.
Kindly draw your attention on our problem and please look into the matter on an urgent basis. Also, please reply if it is possible to change the distributor.
