Non-delivery of LPG gas

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that myself, Ramkishan Chauhan, customer of M/s Mohan & Mohan Indian Gas Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-2, Sector- 37, Faridabad and our customer number is MM 8480.

I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is very poor. I had booked our gas on 28th Jan. a madam (which received telephonic call for gas booking) told me that you would gotten your gas by 3 to 4 days but we had not received by 03/02, when I called on landline telephone no. 0129-2258201, again that madam told me that your gas is not booked, she just refused our booking and again booked our gas on the same day. I replied that I had booked on 28th Jan 09 then she asked me what your booking no. was. I replied that I had not given any booking no. yet before. She said now thereafter I should asked for booking no. when I booked for it and now your booking no. is 11611.

Till date now I have not delivered my gas. Therefore I request to look into this issue by the concerned Authorities & take the necessary actions as we have good faith in Indane Gas.
