Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder
Dear Sir,
we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 1112, vasanthnagar colony, kukatpally - 500072, and user of Indian gas. In our Area sri saila Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.
Recently I shifted my house from vidyanagar to kukatpally, I got tranfer certificate on 24th dec from sri saila agnecy and asked for booking replied after 2days come for booking and get booking number, Booked on 26th till date I didnt recieve. I have domestic one cylender asked many times to give 2nd cylender they even not ready to listen and give proper answer to customers.

booking date is 24.12.2008.
Expected delivery was 05.01.2009
but regret to inform that till today (30.01.2009) we have not received.
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
