On 8/01 i booked gas cylinder mg 9714 in the name of pardeep kumar e.a-44, qazian mohalla, jal. despite reapeated request. no supply has been made so far. pass book of gas was shown to Jalandhar officeas a proof for non supply of gas so far.which was booked on 08/01. expidite of supply and reason
