Dear Sir,

Sub: My Gas Connection No.9599

The above connection is attached to Modern Gas Agency 34-C, 200 Ft. Road, Shyam Nagara, Kanpur. Oflate I am facing difficulty in obtaining gas cylinder from this agency as he is refusing to effect home delivery of the gas cylinder asked me to coolect from his godown after 8 p.m. This gas was on 09.03.2008 and the delivery of the cylinder has still not been made to me.

I would therefore, request you kindly advise the agency to issue the cylinder and deliver at my home address mentioned above.
