Suravi gas, City Centre. Durgapur. Not accepting booking over phone

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of LPG in suravi gas. Durgapur west bengal.my customer nunber is LT6632.

1) The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.

2) They dont have any IVRsystem.

3) They do not accept booing of gas before 21 days of delivery of one cylinder. 4) 4) Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.

5) Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.

In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor.
