Respected Sir,
In connection to above subject, I would like to bring your kind knowledge following complaints,
I am regular gas connection holder of Indian gas through your authorized dealer M/s, Ghanshyam Gas Agency, Godhra having consumer No. 5733. The agency is making too much Harassment in booking and delivering of refill gas cylinder. At the time of booking of refill they are too much aware not to booked cylinder before 22 days. (Not even single day before) while other end they are making delay in every delivery. On Inquiry about delivery after 12 days, every time they replied that “ Today we deliver your bottle” but we do not get any delivery. We are single couple and during delivery time unfortunately if we are not available at home due to some personal reason, we could not got 2nd home delivery. We have to collect this delivery from their godown without any financial benefit as per your company rule as well as we got extension in delivery period.
Hence you are requested please look in the matter and do needful.
If I am not getting proper response of this complaint, I will knock the door of consumer court, hoping for favorable reply and prompt action at your end.
