Delay in gas delivery

Sir,

i am the consumer of shree luxmi ji indane at rohtak. my consumer no is L 1081 in the name of sh. umed singh. i am facing the problem about delay in gas supply every month. as per law we are eligible for gas cylinder after 20 days but our agency owner never supply us the cylinder on time. he takes 40 days time for the next cylinder. he harrases the people for gas supply. please look into the matter immidiately and hold a enquiry against him by contacting the customers then you will find that what is the actual position.
