Phone booking service neglected

My Indane consumer number is 16967 at Lucknow and my distributor is Rukmani Gas service Nirala Nagar Lucknow.

I find almost impossible to book the cylinder over phone as there is hardly any response and the phone keeps ringing. I dare indane authorities to try this for themselves!!!

Is it not possible to book the gas online???
