Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Ipsit Kundu (Customer No. SSG - 20773, applied for double gas cylinder on 20th Jan at Srisaila Gas Service (Indane Distributor, Shop No. 15, Block No. 3, Kalyani's R.B.R. Complex, Miyapur, Dis Code 7498063, Hyderabad, A.P., India). I have not received it so far.

I am loosing my hope... Because I was insulted by the distributor each month (after 6 months of application). They are asking me to collect the same in next month and finally I am coming back with empty hands... I do not know, how long...!!! I'm staying with my family and it has become very difficult...

I, therefore, request you to take necessary action.
