Sir/Madam:
I am in possession of 2 cylinders from Paruvelil Gas Service, Chengannur, of Indane Gas. Their telephone numbers are 2453675 and 2450835. My consumer code is 26789. I have booked a gas on 13th of January booking number is 3488. When I called up the agency, they are not able to give any proper reply when we will get the gas booked. It is now more than 30 days.
This problem of delay in supply has been going on for a year now. We have two cylinders but there is no benefit for us. Further, we do not have any other facilities except the LPG.
Even when there is shortage as per the local gas service, the LPG cylinder is freely available in the market at Rs. 150/- extra. Is this also being supplied by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. company? I would request you to answer this question and solve our problem at the earliest.
Also, is this the correct forum to address our complaint or please forward us the correct e-mail address and the name of the person to whom we should address our complaint to.
