We have Domestic Gas Cylinder Service from Awadh Gas and Allied Agencies, S-4, Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow and we are facing a lot of problems in getting timely delivery of our re-fill cylinder. Recently, we have booked the re-fill cylinder on 23 March and even after the passage of 11 days are waiting for the same. Our calls to the agency office remain unheeded. And this is not the first time we are facing this problem. Time and again we complained but nothing has been done. Usually our agency took 3-5 days to send a re-fill cylinder. One time when it came on the 2nd day of booking was because we went straight to the agency office and asked them directly that from where and how we can pruchase it illegally.
Could you tell us what are the rules regarding the delivery of Domestic Gas Cylinder. In how many days they have to make it? and what are the forum of redressal for these kinds of complaints?
