Non supply of indane lpg cylinde

Dear Sir,

I, Sri Subhendu Datta, a retired senior citizen of india with pain state that I being a customer of Indian Oil Corporation take delivery of indane gas for domestic use from Agent, Roy & Dutta Enterprise, 13, Indralok, Sodepur, Kol-110 (code99180196) since February. I was issued a single cylinder though initially I wanted a double cylinder connection. Later when I tried again it was told that connection given during 2007 were not eligibl

So, with single cylinder I have to run my purpose. But, after 20 days of booking if the agent does not care to replace cylinder I do not find any answer whether there is any supervision or control from heigher authority. I become confused whether India is really progressing or progressing except Indane Gas.
