None supply of Additional GAS cyclinde

Dear Sir,

Sub: Delay in allotment of Additional Gas Cylinder-

Requirement for Home Consumption.

Ref: Customer No.10980 with SAM GAS, Indane Distributor, chimabara Nagar, Tuticorin -8.

With reference to the above I wish to inform you that, I have registered an additional cylinder requirement with the above referred agency vide (Form No. SL 69) Sl. No.-- dated 12.03.04

Now I have approached the agency for additional cylinder and they refused to provide the same against the above mentioned registration and they instructed me to register again.

I came to understand through other customers, the Additional Cylinder requirement was released for the registrations up to december

kindly i request you to please give effect for the above registration and get me the additional cylinder through the above agency at earliest.
