the distributor deny to give the delivery of the reffilled cylinder and and he does not listen to us and they do not follow the system of I.O.C. ltd and we does not got the proper weight of the refilled cylinder .always when we purchase the cylinder there is always more than 2 -3 kgs cut off in the cylinder and they have become habitual.
when we complain about the cutt off cylinder he tells us to shift our connnection to any other dealer.
