Non issuance of a new connection

I had applied for a new Gas connection from IOC, DADA GAS AGENCY, Moolakkadai, chennai on May 13. Its almost gonna b 5 months now, but they have not issued a new connection.

We have visited their office quite a few times, but the staff there is pathetic. They would not have heard of the word customer satisfaction to say the least.

Both my hubby and me work, so we do not find time to visit their office more often. But whenever we visited, them they say that the office time is sometimes 9-4 when viisted in the evening and the office time becomes 11-6 when visited in the mornings.
