My cosumer ID is 15468 with dwarka indane gas service in Dwarka, Delhi. I booked my cylender on 24/12, which was subsiquently delivered after 3-4 days. The cylender was underweight and the total weight of the cylender was 24 kg. I called the Dwarka Indane Service to replace the cylender. They said O.K. we will change the cylender. But nothing happened. Since then I personally visited their office atleast 10 times and requested them to change the cylender, but all in vain.
I request the offier in Indian Oil to kindly look into the matter and teach a lesson to these agency people.
