On 19th feb.2008 two gas cylenders were delivered at my place in evenig after sensing fowl smell i checked the cylinders and found that one of them is having leackage.since then i have lodge 4complains on ivr no 0111260 and contacted gas agency 3times on their no 01126564899, 01126564837.from the M/S MOHANIL GAS SERVICE, IIT CHOWK, NEW DELHI-16.
