Very poor response from LPG Deale

I am a customer of Indane LPG since 30/04/03, my Consumer no in -17057, SV no- 321276 under distributer code-99132089. I have one sylinder now, but I had requested and submited application several time since 2003 for double cylinder, but till I am not getting 2nd cylinder, every time dealer said that IOCL company not supply the gas cylinder. I am waiting near about 5 years for double gas cylinder.

I am requesting you to do the needful.
