Sir,

Please tell us whether there is a time limit of refilling of a cylinder. Actually, I last time I have took the filled cylinder delivery on 1st week of January. Thereafter, I alongwith my family remained out of station for five month and in July, 09 came back. After consuming the gas, I went to the gas agency to book the gas but the agency persons verbally conveyed that your connection is dead and we have to pay an additional amount of Rs.500.00 for re-validation of the connection. Is it right.

I want to know the provisions in this regard. The authority to whom an information may be asked in this regard may kindly also be conveyed.
