Booking of Gas not done on phone

Our family is facing huge problems with our Gas Distributor Yadu Gas Service, D-33, Site IV, Sahibabad (Ghaziabad). Most of the time I personally have to go to get the gas booked. They never bother about the consumer and complaints are not heard but complainants are harrassed by them. They do not pick their Phone No.s 01202895768, 01202896030 and their complaint nos 9818514339, 9818059745, 9891294279 never respond. Inspite of repeated personal complaints they are not bothered. I have sent SMSs to their complaint nos. for booking of my gas and even then there is no response. This behaviour of the distributor, is just to avoid booking and supply gas cylinders to genuine consumers so that they can divert the cylinders in the black market for extracting more money from the market customers.

The Distributor should not be allowed to continue with this unethical business and corrective and preventive action is required to arrest this situation.
