Around 02months back at IOC petrol bunk at BEL circle, one IOC petrol bunk staff was selling IOC extra rewards booklet at Rs 60/ and telling advantages of this card. he has taken address of mine and told that within one month you will get reply of registration. I was getting points when they sweep this card. But today 13.07.2012. When I purchased petrol and they swept this card, it was not being accepted and machine replied that application not received.
