Sir, M/s Jagdamba Sai Gas Agency (an Indian Oil's Indane gas distributor at Tilak nagar, New Delhi always tries to misguide the cunsumers who approach them for a new gas connection. They refuse to accede to the requests on one or the other pretext. Even the ladies attending the customers there misbehave with senior citizens/ old women. This has happened with our neighbour (an old lady of 70 years old) living in 13/17-B, Ist Floor, Tilak nagar, New Delhi-110018 when she approached them for a new connection. In the past, she undertook many visits to them but no body heard her repeated requests. Till today, she is struggling to get a connection.
