I have faced this problem twice at m/s navin petrol pump, udaipur-dungarpur link road, banswara, rajasthan. that they have refused to provide free air and said -
- there is no person avilable for this job
- we only have to provide free air and are not bound to provide a person for the same, you can fill it on your own if you want.
as a consumer i need to know, what does this free air mean, if providing free air is the job of the petrol pump or it is something that we need to do ourselves.
in my opinion if they are open for petrol they should also keep a man to provide free air.
please confirm and also if naveen petrol is not following rules, proper action must be taken against them.
thanks and regards
