Hi iam a regular customer of IOCL i alway fill petrol in the same bunk and the same pump (Gun) every time when i visit to Anjanadri Enterprised 7th cross Chamraj pet bangalore near ramamandira close to TR Mill. I have complained about the services to the Owner of the bunk to Mr. Prasanna that there guys are cheating while they fill the petrol and once i had an argument that according to the Manufacturer of my car (Hyundai Santro) the Tank capacity of the car is 35ltrs but when i had an argument with Mr. Prasanna he said we never cheat to our customers and he messured the petrol in front of me using 5lts messuring can and i asked him to change the gun becose the stopper was not working properly, after that till today it was alright but when i filled the tank on 25th nov 08 (Today) the tank is not filled even after 36.12ltrs of petol was already filled accroding to the reding meter
but befor this when ever i have filled the petrol the tank use to full for 31.11to max 31.50ltrs before filling the petrol the cheasher Mr. Chanappa asked me weather i give cash or Card when i said card, he said the swaiping meachin is not working when i argued that always i fill the petrol here only and the card is accepted he said ill try with the other mechain.
