Not receiving of pf amount after leaving the job though pf form submitted duly filled

I was working in Indian oiltanking limited. Last year i left the job with all formalities as per agreement. my pf no was during service to indian oil tanking limited is MH/43482/479.after leaving i submitted my pf withdrawel form duly filled. but stil i am not getting my pf amount though it has been already more than one year. Though i enquired about my pf over telephone, they are not able to give information about my pf when i would get it. The detail of the company is given below..
