On 22/08 I had a transaction of Rs.3000/- with UBI ATM at Baishnabghata Patuli, where neither I got the amount nor I got the statement. In second attempt the transaction was successful and I got the amount as wel as statement. In statement I found, the amount was deducted for both transaction and at the same time I received the SMS also about both transaction. Later I complained the matter to IOB authority and was assured that the amount will automatically be credited in my account but it was not.
Hence I gave a written complain to Branch Manager, IOB, Garia, on 25th Aug and simultaneously the branch manager lodged a on line complain and the No.is T1426340170908251 dtd 25.08.2009. But till today Rs. 3000/- is not credited back in my account.
