Non delivery of parcel even after 48 hrs

I booked one parcel weighing 4.6 kg marked Perishable Cargo since it contained fresh Lichis. The consignees were Sumita Animesh Topno, Plot 16 A, CLOUD NINE, NIBM Road, Konwa, Pune City.with their mobile numbers. The Consignment No was 456118.

I was informed today i.e. 7th June by the consignees that the parcel has not been delivered on enquiry the courier office at Pune could not trace the parcel. The tracking through internet also could not trace the whereabouts of the parcel.

I just wonder why the consignment could not reach even after 48 hours and why it was not traceable.?

The courier co may please respond to my complaint immediatey.
