Too late in dispatch of passport

I applied for passport in patna passsport office on 07/03 with the file no. A029740, after five months I had seen on website that the passport is expected to dispatched by 24 of august. But later on the reponse on website showing is 'It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time' for the last two months. Plz look into the matter and revert back to me soon.
