Not reached parcel from usa to mangalore yet

My name is pritesh and my wife send me one parcle from ATLANTA, GA, USA. through USPS, as par traking record parcle reached at india on 13th oct and cleard by custome on 12.44pm, but yet we not receive that parcle from mangalore, and rigtnow its 28th oct.so wr is my parcle??? i checkd it so many times in mangalore, karnatak postal office but i not get proper ans, they just told me that he not receieve such kind of any parcle.on that parcle having my bother's office address.and this docut number is.cp735863062us.so kindly help me to findout my parcle.
