Delay in speed post

Dear sir

an speed post booked from head post office ARA bearing no. ef140443910in dated 27/01 time 15.33 was not received so far in mumbai.however when ara post office was contacted it was got that the same speed post had been sent to patna on same date.

kindly confirm the status and make reply on my email id.
