Delay and non record about speed post

Dear sir,

My brother sent a speed post to me from Narklatiaganj-845455 on 30/04 to me ie Delhi-110044. Till now i am expecting the arrival of the letter. Its slip no. is EF942040190IN. I am not able to track the movement on the Internet and the badarpur post office is saying only" abhi nahi aaya hai". Please do the needful.
