Damage of Compact Disc Parcell

Good evening sir,

This is Srinivas from Chinturu, Chinturu Mandal, Khammam Dist. AP. 507126. I have received a DATA CD Pack from Chennai through VPP. the sub-post post master was stamped on the Compact Disc parcell with hard day stamp. So the Compact Disc was broken in the parcell. but i sow the damage after i pay the VPP amount. so i noticed to the post master, the post master said "How can i see the Compact Disc in the Parcel".

after i noticed to the post master i contacted with phone call to the Supdt. of Post Office, the Supdt. post master was sad, you can notice to the post master through written letter. so i noticed to the post master through written letter for i have lost amount returns. but the post master can not received and can not sighned on the received copy. so i have sent to the Supdt. Post Office, Khammam on 08.06.2009 with acknowledgment. but i do not received any acknowledgment from the Supdt. of Post Office, Khammam till to day.

Hence i requesting you sir, Please return pay my VPP amount from Sub-Post Master, Chinturu, Khammam Dist. AP 507126.
