Delay in delivery of Speed Post

I have sent two speed post containg Rakhi to my relatives at Jodhpur on 31-03, 09:09 IST. (SP_EN425183950IN and SP_EN425183946IN). Till today i.e.04-08 2000 IST (after 05 days), both the post are not delivered. I have mentioned "Rakhi" on bothh the envelopes and tomorrow i.e. 05-08 is the festival of Rakhi. If the speed post is delivered after that, then it is of no mean.

Can postal department justify the delay in deliveriy of SPEED POST. If this much time is required for delivery of SPEED POST then what is the meaning of SPEED POST?

You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action to punish the guilty person.
