Non Receipt of Speed Post article

My son from US has sent an article by speed post on 15th September, which has reached Chennai on 20th September itself. But to my shock, the same has not reached me so far, as the Deptt. has taken already 24 days. They have not even bothered to contact me at my phone no. which was given in the article itself.

The cover contains some legal documents, which are required very urgently and in this connection I contacted the Postal Deptt. at St. Thomas Mount, Chennai severy occasions, and lodged the complaint, but all in vain. In future I would never go for Speed Post and advise my family members and friends also not to go for Speed Post.
