Sub: complaint against Mr. Mir Abbas Ali, a staff of Bajepratappur Post Ofice, Burdwan

Sir,

I am sorry that I am being compelled to write this letter. On 26-09-08 I went to Bajepratappur post office for some work regarding my account and contacted Mr. Ali but the said Mr. Ali had behaved in such a manner that I was hurt and forced to write this letter. It is a duty of your staff to behave politely and to render all kind of assistance to the customer but contrary to that Mr. Ali had refused to render any assistance besides making an altercation with me. I am a bonafide customer of that post office for several years but now I have decided to stop any transaction with that post office in near future unless and save my complaint is treated with best care and utmost urgency.

Hope you will order an enquiry or any kind of action as you deem fit on that event within a fortnight and intimate me in this regard otherwise I will be forced to take an untoward step and also intimate everyone of my knowing circle which may cause great inconveniences to the reputation of the Postal Department.
