PPF account discripencies

I am having an PPF account in the post office since I approached to post office for withdrawal from my account on 12 Aug. Counter person told Now it is computerized and the computer is showing discrepancy in the account. So withdrawal is not possible today come on 17 Aug and kept my two passbooks and one withdrawal form of Rs 10000.. I again approached their but the man is changed from the counter, and the person seating on the counter told he don't know. I contacted the Post Master. He also saying the same thing come again after some time the person will be back on the seat and then only the matter will be settled. How a person having account in the post office will get the money on his urgent needs with this type of system.
