Non delivery of speed post lette

One letter has been sent through speed post from Burdran HPO vide article no. EW 392403117IN dated 31/10. Still, I have not received the letter. I checked in internet but it is showing details upto Kolkata Airport. This was to be delivered at Vadodara.

Please look into and inform the status about the letter and when it will be delivered.
