Dear sir,

I sawan kr. was traveling from Varanasi to New Delhi with my friends. When i was going to my seat two persons wear already there. I asked TTE about the seat she told me, the seat was already booked. When i asked why & i told her please gave me written clarification. Because they charged extra money. Then She & TTE Mr. J.P.Singh & two gundas ware slap our faces & kicks & gave us some punches & told us if i would complained police, they will throw us out up train & killed us.
