FIR not registered by GRPF

Today 08-01-09 i was coming from Howrah to Bhubaneswar by 2821 DHAULI EXP Coach No 1 Seat no 17 along with my bag containing

1.Laptop & accessories

2. Cerdit Cards

3. Identity Cards

4.Pan cards

5.Valuable Documents

6.Cloathes

and all this has stolen from train compartment. And on reaching Bhubaneswar Railway Station I have given a written complain to GRPF but even after 6 to 7 hours waiting they are forwarding complain form one table to another and they have not registered FIR nor general dairy

if this is the responsibility & behavior of GRPF why we should go to them???

What is their duty???

Why they are recruited to help public???

Is this public help???

Where should we go???
