Dear sir,
I am hereby to inform you that I have got my e-ticket on Tatkal kota for 9-03 which was in waiting list. When i arrived to railway station and inquired about the reservation status the responsible TC told me that it is not confirmed and my reservation charges will be get credited to my account automatically within a week. After one week when i inquired it with railways customer care they said my reservation was confirmed and I am not entitled to get any reimbursement.
So, in this case there was no fault from my side and due to wrong information by responsible railway officer only I tend to loose my money. Hope you'll be agree with me and help me in taking action against those irresponsible railways officers.
