No body at enquiry, Incorrect Information

Whomsoevr it may concern

I know i am wasting my time. Headlines are full with budget of rail and so many facilities given to the commuter.

Simple question just give correct information when the train will come at the station, how many hours it is running late and pay someone and ask to answer at the enquiry.

Trains are running 5 hours late and we dont get correct piece of information

This is ridiculous

Should pull people working in such departments and kick them out
