Indian Railways
Illegal passengers in the Reserved Slipper Compartment

I was travelling on train no 1058 with my friends on 25th December my compartment was S-6. Full train was filled with unauthorised passengers around 200 passengers were travelling in the capacity of 72 slippers.

The corridor and the toilets were fully occupied with no place to move on. Luggages were piled in toilets and wash basin, hence making it unusable.

We try to lodge complaint with TT but he was helpless. There were no Police and to travel this way in night journey was very unsafe for the ladies and children.

We were told by the unauthorised passengers that this was their daily routine, and they travelled daily like this in the reserved compartments. This shows the hand in gloves relations with the railway authority of the unauthorised passengers.

I have taken the pictures of the train on my mobile and I will send it somebody who can lodge a formal complaint with the Indian Railways
